Association of Poetry and Music Glasgow have received a major award from the Heritage Lottery Fund for this February’s Sufi Festival. The project will use the framework of the World Sufi Festival to develop education and knowledge on the early development of Sufism in an age of enlightened scientific exploration and quest for advancement.

Welcome to the Association of Poetry and Music
Glasgow (APMG).

The association was founded by a group of poets and lovers of poetry and music living in the Glasgow area of West Scotland.

The group are from the communities of south Asia that came to live in the UK, bringing with them the diverse cultural heritages of the east. In coming together, their aim is to develop a sustainable programme of education and culture in the fields of music, poetry and other arts, particularly those of south Asia.
